beautifying ritual

Post Summer Beautifying Ritual

Love is the highest vibrational state of being and with self love comes clarity and compassion. A self-love beautifying bath ritual is a reminder that our well being (inside and out) is our number one priority. An encouragement to bring the focus back to cultivating the self-care and self-love we want to inject into everyday life.

What you'll need:

They Call Me Wild Rose Beautifying Ritual

Find a day in your week when you have 30-40 minutes of uninterrupted time. Make sure to turn off any electronic devices inside or near your bathroom. Light your Palo Santo and purify your bathroom’s energy by wafting the smoke into every corner.

Next, cleanse your Rose Quartz Chakra bracelet with the smoke, intending that all negative energy be released and transformed back into good energy for someone or something that needs it.

Start filling your tub with warm water while bringing a pot of water to boil.

Make yourself a cup of Detox Blend to drink during your bath. As soon as the bathtub is filled with water, sprinkle a generous amount of the They Call Me Wild Rose salts

Turn on your healing music and get in to soak for at least 30 minutes. Time will allow our blend to be absorbed into your skin and work its magic. Once in, take a couple of deep breaths from the belly and exhale making a loud “ahhh” or “shhh” sound. Let go of any tension or resistance. You may also want to speak some blessings, such as “I am beautiful”.

Before getting out, close your eyes and slowly dunk your head under water to seal in the goodness and self-love you pumped up. Then, rinse and towel dry your body. Wrap yourself, cozy up, sit comfortably and give yourself a big hug. Tell yourself you love you.

Our magical salts recipe is perfect for this transformational ritual. Bursting with Epsom salts, organic coconut milk and ylang ylang essential oil, the They Call Me Wild Rose Nourishing Bath Soak & Scrub is an amazing healing tool for your skin and body, as well as your soul.

When your beautifying ritual is complete, scoop petals, flowers and herbs with a strainer before emptying tub.

Tip: Drink water before, during and after the bath.
